What you'll do

• Assist residents with meals, feeding, hydration, and nourishment
• provide bathing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene assistance
• assist with ambulation, transfers, turning, and positioning
• measure and record vital signs, weights, intake, and output
• respond to call lights and resident requests
• observe and report condition changes
• maintain accurate charts, logs, and reports
• protect privacy and confidentiality
• participate in education and training.
