Fitness Director

What you'll do

• Lead Personal Training sales and client conversions
• drive training experiences and Kickstart sessions
• manage monthly revenue performance
• coach trainers on sales
• partner with the general manager to convert members into training clients
• oversee onboarding, attendance, engagement, and retention
• resolve member concerns
• lead and develop four to seven trainers
• conduct check-ins, roleplay, reviews, and team training
• maintain schedules, reporting, systems, and brand standards.
