What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned frontline and operations positions
• review approximately 150–400 candidates per week and conduct approximately 6–9 phone screens per day
• source, screen, interview, and coordinate hiring
• schedule candidates with hiring managers
• maintain candidate records in PeopleHub
• coordinate communications and applicable pre-employment screening
• follow up for interview feedback
• and support hiring events and process improvements as needed.
