The role supports therapists’ ability to focus on clients by coordinating system administration, vendor communication, EMR configuration, integrations, and HIPAA-compliant processes.

What you'll do

• Act as the primary contact between Kinetic Edge and its contracted IT partner
• maintain and develop internal IT systems
• troubleshoot and resolve support tickets
• set up computers, accounts, and users
• manage technology inventory, maintenance, and ordering
• assist with system updates and equipment rollouts
• oversee communication processes for HIPAA compliance and security practices
• manage EMR users, referring providers, schedules, settings, and integrations
• liaise between therapists and the EMR vendor.

Why this role

Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in IT, Health Information Management, or a related field is preferred but not required. New graduates are encouraged to apply; healthcare informatics and EMR experience are bonuses or preferred qualifications. Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or holidays.
