Firearm Compliance Coordinator

What you'll do

• Review ATF Form 4473 records and internal business packets for accuracy and compliance
• organize and retain firearm sales records
• document audit errors, discrepancies, and trends
• communicate findings and corrective actions
• collaborate with Pickup Center and Compliance teams
• learn and use Orchid, 4473 Cloud, and NetSuite
• research state firearm laws
• prepare reports and research summaries
• handle inquiries and confidential records
• perform administrative and clerical tasks.
