What you'll do

• Maintain public areas, guest rooms, support areas, machinery, equipment, and grounds.
• Conduct facility tours, identify and correct maintenance deficiencies and safety or security risks, respond to work orders, perform repairs and preventive maintenance, maintain maintenance records, coordinate guestroom access and work timing with housekeeping and the front office, and complete special projects such as painting, plumbing, flooring, landscaping, electrical, carpentry, and refrigeration work.
