Member Service Representative

Job overview

The Member Service Representative is an onsite, full-time role in Spring, TX. Pay is $18 per hour. The position supports Energy Capital Credit Union members with everyday banking needs and branch operations.

What you'll do

• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, negotiable instruments, and cash drawer balancing
• assist with vault balancing and negotiable items as assigned
• help members open and close accounts and resolve issues within authority limits
• escalate matters requiring additional approval
• identify relevant products and services
• assist with account setup, service enrollment, and loan application intake
• follow applicable policies and regulatory requirements, including BSA and OFAC.
