What you'll do

• Develop business with healthcare organizations
• identify hiring needs and convert prospects into search partners
• manage client relationships
• source and interview healthcare candidates
• present qualified candidates
• coordinate interviews
• manage offer negotiations and pre-employment requirements
• maintain client and candidate pipelines
• track activity in the ATS
• build relationships and take ownership of production goals.
