The Pre-K Lead Teacher role is onsite in Stephenson, VA. Pay is $15–$18 per hour. The teacher supports Golden Path Academy’s students through age-appropriate curriculum and developmental care. The role develops and implements lesson plans, maintains a safe and organized classroom, tracks children’s development, and communicates with parents. It contributes to students’ growth and learning while working collaboratively with co-teachers and families.

What you'll do

• Provide developmental care and supervision
• implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities
• develop lesson plans
• maintain a safe and organized classroom
• track individual child development and complete biannual progress reports
• and build positive relationships with parents through regular communication and the school-provided application. Requires age 18 or older, high school completion or equivalent, and one of the listed education, training, or program-experience pathways.
