What you'll do

• Drive engineering teams to contain and resolve issues from design reviews, virtual builds, and build events to protect program schedules through start of production and ongoing production
• coordinate with Supply Chain on supplier relationships and timely build-event deliveries
• monitor deliverables for system and vehicle incompatibilities and integration opportunities
• identify risks and ensure mitigation actions are underway
• set meeting agendas to support decisions and remove bottlenecks
• work cross-functionally with engineering, finance, and strategy
• travel up to 15% of the time.
