The Overnight Awake Shiftworker role is onsite in Providence, RI, working overnight hours from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. The stated wage is $22 per hour. Key Program’s residential program serves up to six female youth referred by the Rhode Island Department of Children, Youth and Families. The shiftworker maintains youth welfare and a safe, structured, trauma-sensitive environment overnight. What you'll do

• Remain awake and monitor client activity
• document client bed checks every 15 minutes and security checks at required intervals
• build supportive professional relationships
• follow safety and security procedures
• assist with morning wake-up, meal preparation, school preparation, medication administration, cleanup, and transportation
• report incidents and complete documentation.
