Ziprent, a TurboTenant subsidiary, uses property photography and field operations to support rental listings and property readiness. The independent contractor creates listing photography and 3D tours, documents property condition, and handles smart lockbox logistics. These deliverables help transform rental properties into informative, ready-to-market listings and support the company’s property management platform.

What you'll do

• Deliver 15–25+ professionally edited interior and exterior photos
• capture Zillow 3D tours and digital floor plans using a compatible 360-degree camera
• conduct initial property walkthroughs and submit condition reports
• pick up, install, and maintain smart lockboxes and keys
• respond promptly to assignments and complete reports and deliverables within 24 hours
• and serve the local market and surrounding region, with willingness to travel a 35–50+ mile radius.
