The role also helps keep the hot cook area stocked, organized, and clean so guests receive a consistent dining experience.

What you'll do

• Prepare buffet products according to recipes and procedures
• grill items to standards
• keep fried products fresh and hot
• restock display cooking items or assist guests with carved meat when needed
• follow production guides and temperature requirements
• maintain inventory using FIFO
• complete opening and closing procedures
• maintain equipment and cleanliness
• follow health department laws
• assist guests and communicate professionally.
