What you'll do

• Assist with preparing food according to production amounts, recipes, and procedures
• prepare food promptly using batch cooking and cook-to-order methods where appropriate
• follow food-safety practices and resident dietary requirements
• attend dining-services meetings and training
• clean and sanitize work areas and equipment
• follow food handling, storage, and sanitation standards
• maintain temperature records and complete assigned cleaning.
