Job overview

Business Development Enablement Analyst (Level 3) is an onsite role at Quantum Sky’s Reston, VA headquarters four days per week, with remote work one day per week. The annual salary range is typically $90,000 to $100,000. The analyst supports the Growth Strategy & Analytics organization and works with business development, capture, proposal, program, operations, and executive review teams. The analyst maintains the SharePoint environment, Gate Review governance, and training and onboarding processes used by BD and capture staff. The role improves access to pursuit information, ensures review decisions and follow-up are documented, and helps new staff become productive through structured training.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and maintain BD and growth SharePoint sites, libraries, metadata, permissions, and content standards.
• Schedule Gate Reviews, coordinate reviewers, check packages, record decisions and action items, and track actions to closure.
• Document and improve business processes, draft procedures and templates, pilot changes, and measure adoption.
• Develop onboarding plans and training materials, facilitate sessions, conduct refreshers, and answer staff questions.
• Maintain process-improvement and open-request logs and take on additional projects as business priorities evolve.
