Foundry Operator — Day Shift

The Foundry Operator — Day Shift role is onsite in Mentor, OH. Pay is $23–$30 per hour. The position supports a manufacturing operation focused on safety, quality, and production. The operator runs vacuum furnaces and completes setup, process recording, and documentation tasks to support efficient production flow and meet established quality and output goals. The schedule is 6:00 AM–6:00 PM, working seven days every two weeks.

What you'll do

• Operate Equiax, Directional Solidification, and Single Crystal vacuum furnaces
• accurately record production and process data
• assist with furnace setup and changeovers, including susceptors and coils
• follow standard operating procedures, engineering specifications, and lot instructions
• meet production and efficiency goals
• maintain a clean, safe, organized work area
• complete documentation
• and organize work to support production flow.
