What you'll do

• Use project management tools and software to track progress, documentation, and activities
• assist with projects through all lifecycle phases
• coordinate internal departments, vendors, and stakeholders
• maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and timelines
• work with senior leadership to identify risks, resolve issues, and communicate progress and mitigation plans
• organize project meetings and prepare agendas, reports, minutes, and summaries
• monitor at-risk tasks and schedule delays and develop mitigation plans
• assist with project resources and budgets.

Why this role
