What you'll do

• Develop and execute fundraising strategies across individual, institutional, planned, community, workplace, and event giving. Lead and coach the Development team
• manage a major-donor portfolio
• support Board fundraising engagement
• oversee budgets, operations, reporting, and revenue performance.
