What you'll do

• Assemble ingredients and prepare and portion soups, entrees, meats, starches, vegetables, and salads primarily for cafe service
• may prepare food for catered functions
• use email, internal websites, electronic health records, and online learning tools
• obtain ServSafe/Food Manager—Wisconsin certification within six months of hire.

Why this role

Full-time schedule, Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m., with every third weekend. Previous institutional food preparation experience is required; post-secondary food preparation education is preferred.
