Senior Program Manager, Go-to-Market Operations

What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day customer beta program execution, onboarding, engagement, communications, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies
• coordinate and synthesize customer and field feedback into reports and recommendations
• monitor adoption and satisfaction metrics
• coordinate enablement materials, FAQs, launch communications, general availability launch readiness, and post-launch measurement
• partner with Customer Success, Sales, Product Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, and Analytics.
