What you'll do

• Prepare rooms to hotel standards and arrange furniture and amenities
• clean and sanitize bathrooms and surfaces
• restock supplies and amenities
• change beds and inspect linens
• vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
• respond professionally to guest requests and concerns
• protect guest privacy
• organize work around check-out times, guest needs, and cleaning schedules
• use checklists and cleaning equipment safely
• follow hazardous-material, fire-safety, and emergency procedures
• report maintenance issues and lost property
• assist with special room setups and organize laundry and linen storage.
