What you'll do

• Develop and maintain relationships with retail agents.
• Evaluate, underwrite, and broker risks.
• Market submissions to carrier partners and negotiate terms and pricing.
• Manage the full lifecycle of accounts including new business, renewals, and endorsements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and carrier partners.
• Ensure compliance with underwriting standards.
