What you'll do

• Manage shopping center operations and common-area customer experience
• implement operating standards
• support development and leasing strategies
• negotiate local lease amendments and renewals
• oversee income generation, expenses, budgets, vendors, capital projects, receivables, and collections
• coordinate marketing and community events
• manage personnel
• maintain regulatory compliance, property systems, and tenant coordination
• prepare management reports and ownership presentations
• support risk management and crisis response
• participate in assigned special projects.
