What you'll do

• Direct daily pharmacy operations and ensure efficiency, accuracy, and regulatory compliance
• manage prescription processing, verification, dispensing, inventory, and medication safety
• establish workflows, procedures, and quality assurance standards
• maintain medication profiles, prescription records, and documentation
• review prescriptions
• counsel patients and support adherence
• collaborate with providers on medication management
• support chronic disease management and preventive care
• administer immunizations when appropriately certified and authorized
• recruit, onboard, supervise, and develop pharmacy staff
• maintain compliance and quality assurance
• serve as pharmacy liaison to healthcare providers and facility administration
• identify opportunities to expand services and improve patient access.

Why this role
