What you'll do

• Greet customers and schedule maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs
• document concerns and requested services
• explain recommendations, estimates, and timelines
• update customers on repair progress and parts
• create and manage repair orders
• coordinate workflow with technicians, the Service Manager, and Parts Department
• review completed orders
• assist with warranty documentation and customer pickups
• and support service sales and department operations.
