What you'll do

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transferring as needed
• provide emotional support, engagement, and companionship
• encourage participation in life-enrichment activities
• perform light housekeeping such as making beds and tidying rooms
• promote communication among healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.
