Loan Control Officer

What you'll do

• Contact members about delinquent accounts by phone, letter, or in person
• help develop plans to bring accounts current
• complete extensions and workout arrangements
• and use skip tracing to locate members. Maintain collection records and deceased-account files
• post payments and authorize overrides
• support repossession tracking and related follow-up
• send past-due notices
• research and process credit-report disputes
• block delinquent credit lines and cards as directed
• complete charge-off files
• and document bankruptcy accounts.
