Clinical Therapist

What you'll do

• Complete psychosocial assessments
• consult and coordinate care
• provide crisis intervention
• develop and monitor individualized treatment plans
• document client progress and interventions
• provide individual, group, family, home-based, and other assigned clinical services
• attend treatment team meetings, training, and supervision
• and maintain client records and related administrative documentation.
