What you'll do

• Lead daily on-site program operations and follow staff schedules, ratios, and participant groupings
• supervise children and plan developmentally appropriate activities
• support academic and social development, including homework
• guide frontline caregivers
• follow child safety procedures and maintain program documentation
• respond to emergencies
• communicate with parents, school personnel, and YMCA leadership
• maintain program materials and site organization
• attend meetings and training.
