What you'll do

• Provide or coordinate patient care and referrals
• assess patients at wound clinic admission
• interpret reports and communicate findings
• assess, stage, measure, and photograph wounds according to policy
• identify changes requiring intervention and evaluate responses
• consult with nursing and other healthcare staff
• support development and evaluation of specialty practice standards.

Why this role
