What you'll do

• Manage medical assistants, front desk, and other support positions across the district
• coordinate staffing schedules and timecards
• assist with recruitment
• support policy implementation and employee performance processes
• conduct evaluations with the District Manager
• assure clinical services meet policies and regulations
• mentor and oversee training
• review patient satisfaction surveys
• support new office openings
• travel regularly among district locations
• serve as emergency contact for alarm notices.
