Floating Leasing Consultant

What you'll do

• Rent apartments to prospective residents and current residents
• generate traffic, respond to telephone and internet inquiries, greet and tour prospects, qualify prospects, and obtain rental applications and deposits
• inspect property areas and model units
• process applications and lease documents
• maintain lease files and traffic records
• follow up with prospects
• assist with community marketing and weekly outreach
• record resident service requests
• schedule and inspect apartments for turnkey service
• assist with lease renewals and move-in presentations
• maintain competitor market surveys
• perform cleaning and related property tasks as described.
