What you'll do

• Create and review technical specifications
• evaluate procurements from technical and financial perspectives
• support enterprise licensing, budgets, and forecasting
• ensure alignment with business objectives and requirements
• integrate functionality with other applications
• create logical and physical technology models
• work with vendors and New York State ITS on infrastructure
• support enterprise architecture review and governance and participate in data governance meetings
• review database, SQL, and ETL designs
• perform system and vendor quality assurance.
