What you'll do

• Supervise bakery operations, product preparation, displays, material distribution, and inventory
• support customer service and resolve issues
• track sales and inventory and conduct monthly physical counts
• assist with omnichannel services and administrative and marketing duties
• order and receive products
• stock and rotate products using FIFO
• monitor safety, sanitation, equipment, and expiration dates
• support promotions and demonstrations.
