What you'll do

• Provide executive oversight of multi-state operations
• strengthen quality assurance, regulatory readiness, and risk management
• oversee regional financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, labor optimization, and resource allocation
• support business development, acquisitions, ownership transitions, and integration
• coach and develop senior leaders
• build relationships with state agencies, funding partners, regulators, families, and community stakeholders.
