What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• help with meal preparation, shopping, errands, light housekeeping, and laundry
• provide medication reminders, companionship, and emotional support
• accompany clients to appointments when appropriate
• monitor and report changes in condition
• and follow individualized care plans.
