Service Manager

Job overview

What you'll do

• Manage and monitor service processes and shop efficiency

• resolve customer service issues and recommend improvements
• monitor parts, labor repair orders, and warranty processes
• recruit, train, coach, and develop employees
• establish operational goals
• maintain safety and continuous improvement practices
