What you'll do

• Oversee production plans, budgets, event design, catering, rentals, schedules, timelines, and floor plans. Project-manage public and private events from planning through execution and wrap-up
• track expenses
• develop event layouts
• coordinate vendors and internal teams
• manage permits and compliance
• produce large-scale events and conferences
• negotiate vendor agreements
• maintain project plans and budgets
• manage client expectations and relationships
• address and escalate client concerns.
