What you'll do

• Plan and deliver clinical education and functional training for ultrasound equipment
• coordinate product demonstrations and clinical presentations
• assess customer needs and recommend configurations and workflows
• support installation, implementation, go-live, and adoption
• advise commercial teams on clinical and functional aspects of proposals and product positioning
• provide initial troubleshooting guidance with technical and biomedical staff
• document training and customer observations
• maintain professional relationships with clinical and hospital stakeholders
• participate in relevant events when required
• prepare and update educational materials
• support business development activities when requested in a consultative capacity.
