What you'll do

• Support implementation of treatment plans under an in-home therapist’s supervision
• teach youth to understand and manage feelings and emotional responses
• help develop risk-management and safety plans
• work with the therapist to provide family therapy
• identify community resources and natural supports
• provide or secure crisis and emergency services
• collaborate with family members and other involved professionals.
