What you'll do

• Welcome and room patients
• verify appointments
• document medical history, consent forms, and treatment notes
• assist providers during injections, laser procedures, and skincare treatments within scope
• prepare and clean rooms and instruments
• take before-and-after photos
• assist with scheduling and payments
• manage inventory and shipments
• follow safety, sterilization, OSHA, and HIPAA standards
• provide post-care instructions.
