What you'll do

• Plan, prepare, review, and issue quarterly and annual external financial statements and footnotes
• ensure U.S. GAAP compliance and deadlines
• support SEC-compliant reporting and MD&A
• prepare and review workpapers
• coordinate inputs across business units
• mentor reporting staff
• research technical accounting matters
• monitor accounting pronouncements and policies
• support SOX controls
• improve reporting processes
• serve as primary liaison with external auditors.
