Operations Supervisor – Night Shift

The Operations Supervisor – Night Shift role is onsite in Midland, TX, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m.; the schedule may change with work needs and customer demands. Compensation is not specified. Hulk USA supplies production tools for the upstream oil and gas sector. The supervisor coordinates shop and field operations, people, equipment, and processes to support quality, safety, timely output, and continuous improvement while serving as a link between technicians and management.

What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations, equipment performance, and shop personnel
• assign and review work orders
• supervise equipment preparation, data gathering, logs, quality control, and product delivery
• set refurbishment and assembly goals with the Operations Manager
• train and guide staff
• lead weekly safety meetings and enforce safety procedures
• maintain operational reports and inventory records
• coordinate outside delivery services
• and support shop cleanliness and team development.
