What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop production employees

• partner with maintenance, quality, and plant leadership to resolve operational challenges
• use root-cause analysis

Why this role

Primarily aligned to third shift, 10:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m. Sunday night through Friday morning; rotating weekend shifts and additional coverage are required; travel is less than 10%.
