Field Service Technician — South Bend

The Field Service Technician role is onsite in South Bend, IN, with compensation of $22.87–$23 per hour. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, and may vary by market. The role supports Culligan Quench’s filtered-water equipment service and its effort to reduce single-use plastic bottle consumption. The technician installs, maintains, and repairs water systems, ice machines, sparkling water dispensers, and coffee brewers at customer locations. The work keeps equipment operating safely and provides timely customer service through documented service visits.

What you'll do

• Drive a company vehicle to customer locations to install, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment
• replace filters, clean and sanitize tanks, change UV bulbs, and clear water lines
• inspect for leaks, malfunctions, and safety concerns
• follow safety policies and site procedures
• maintain vehicle and service logs
• transport and operate equipment and tools safely
• document work on a tablet or mobile device
• provide customer service.
