What you'll do

• Perform daily inspections of clearing, grading, earthwork, soil compaction, underground utilities, and concrete work
• coordinate third-party geotechnical and materials testing
• verify materials against approved submittals
• issue non-conformance reports and coordinate corrective actions
• maintain inspection logs, review test results, track certifications, prepare weekly summaries, and hold preparatory quality meetings.
