What you'll do

• Handle cash and confirm prices
• assist with ticket and gift-card purchases
• take reservations, greet and seat guests, direct guests to theaters, and thank them as they depart
• answer and route phone calls
• communicate with guests in person and by phone
• accommodate guest requests
• complete opening and closing side work, including cleaning, stocking, and setting up the host stand.
