Program Counselor

The Program Counselor role is onsite in Chico, CA, with pay of $20 per hour. What you'll do

• Process Adult Rehabilitation Program inquiries and correspondence
• conduct needs assessments and participant intake
• coordinate admissions plans with participants, staff, and referring agencies
• facilitate groups, coursework, house meetings, and onsite services as needed
• screen applications
• maintain correspondence and program records
• coordinate with law enforcement, courts, and county offices
• conduct UA testing and maintain logs
• monitor participant progress and support recovery objectives
• enter case notes
• drive a Salvation Army vehicle when needed.
