• Develop a retail team aligned with the bank’s strategic plan and values
• set branch and individual sales plans with branch management
• report sales and performance results
• mentor and coach sales teams
• set goals and accountability
• prepare staff for advancement
• ensure operational and audit readiness
• facilitate weekly regional sales meetings
• monitor sales programs
• support calling, follow-up, and prospecting
• improve processes with Retail Operations
• maintain product knowledge
• assist with product development, marketing, training, and hiring.
