Part-Time Maintenance Technician — Evenings

What you'll do

• Respond to maintenance work orders
• maintain, repair, and overhaul equipment and property
• paint and replace fixtures, bulbs, and filters
• make local deliveries and pickups
• walk the property
• maintain parking lot, pool, and grounds
• perform scheduled preventive maintenance
• complete hotel inspections
• clear sidewalks of debris, snow, and ice
• follow key-control policies and OSHA standards.
